Flow Research typically conducts surveys in conjunction with off-the-shelf studies and custom projects. In addition, we have delivered major surveys including:
- Worldwide survey of 500 flowmeter users that revealed what end-users, engineering firms, OEMs, and systems integrators were looking for in their flowmeters, plus an update six years later.
- User survey in 2019 of companies that use flowmeters about their criteria for recalibrating flowmeters
- User perspective survey on steam flow measurement.
In addition to end-user surveys, Flow Research interviews flowmeter users on an ongoing basis. Some of these interviews were conducted for our Worldflow publications. As a result, we regularly update our knowledge of what flowmeter users are saying and doing about different flow technologies. This information is used in growth forecasts, and in understanding market dynamics.
